workflows.
Send emails triggered by events from your app. Build multi-step workflows powered by your data.
A workflow builder
for every automation.
Triggers, emails, delays, filters and yes/no branches. A goal stops the workflow once it worked.
TriggerA contact subscribes to a list, or your app sends an event: signed_up, trial_started, checkout_started.
List subscriptionEvent
EmailWritten in the campaign editor, in your design, with the contact's data and the event's data.
Visual or HTMLPlain text
DelayFor a time, until the contact does something (at most a delay), or until a day and hour.
3 daysUntil paidMonday 09:00
Yes/No splitSend each contact down one branch: by attribute, list, event, or what they did with an earlier email.
OpenedClickedDid the event
FilterContinue only if the contact matches. The others leave the flow there.
Segment rules
GoalThe contact pays, upgrades or finishes setup: they leave at once, even mid-wait, and count as a conversion.

Abandoned cart, onboarding, trial ending, welcome series. Describe one to the AI assistant: it builds the workflow for you to review.
Abandoned cart
Remind the buyer with their own cart, then a second nudge only to those who did not click.
Goal: order_completed. The contact leaves at once, even during a wait.

A contact subscribing to a list (from a signup form, the API or the dashboard, once confirmed with double opt-in), or an event your app sends with POST /v1/events. Imports never start a flow. To react to Stripe or another tool, send an event from its webhook.
