What does it leave to the settings?

Adding a domain, email design, CSV imports, billing, members, API keys and webhooks. The assistant tells you what is missing and where to set it.

Which plans include it?

The built-in assistant comes with paid plans, with up to 2,000 messages per account per month. The MCP server is available on every plan, free included, because your own AI tool does the work.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. The built-in assistant runs on Anthropic under its commercial terms, which exclude training on your requests. Your conversations are private to you, and the assistant only reaches the space you work in.

Does a connected agent see my contacts?

Only if you allow it. Reading contacts is a separate permission, off by default. You can revoke any connected app at once from Settings › AI assistants.
